Shipping and charges
a. Free of charge delivery within Germany, if order value over 80,- € For orders below this amount, we charge a value of 5,- € exclusive vat. respectively 5,95 € incl. vat. For orders below 10,- € excl. vat, respectively 11,90 € incl. vat, we charge a value of 7 € incl. vat for MOQ.
b. Delivery to Austria, will be charged with a value of 6,- € excl. vat, respectively 7,14 € incl. vat. for each parcel. Free of charge delivery is available for an order amount above 80,- € For orders below 10,- € excl. vat, respectively 11,90 € incl. vat, we charge a value of 7 € incl. vat for MOQ.
c. Delivery to Switzerland will be charged with 6,- € shipping charges. (to customs border) Delivery from customs to the destination, additional costs may apply. These are, however, not our responsibility. For further information, please contact your local customs office. For orders below 10,- € we charge a value of 5,88 € for MOQ.
d. Excepted form the provisions of a. b. and c. are bulky goods. (like candle tables). Shipping and delivery charges for this goods are much higher and will be charged separately depending on the article. For more information, see the articles detail site
e. Shipping to the rest of Europe will be charged with 15,- € excl. vat (17,85 incl. vat) Bulky goods will be charged separately only with prior arrangement.
Bulky goods
Several articles from our collection can only be delivered with a shipping agency, because of their size and weight. For this delivery, we always choose the cheapest way. (DHL or shipping agency)

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise specified, we deliver within the time mentioned on the article details site.
For delivery outside of Germany, longer delivery times are valid. See the sheet below.

Term of delivery starts on the day after order accpetance. This is valid for orders with payment terms "billpay", Paypal, or credit card.
For orders with payment term "payment in advacne", the delivery term starts on the day after the bank transfer was made, on weekends on the next working day.
If some items of your order are not in stock, we reserve the right to put your order together in one delivery. The item with the longest delivery time is then decisive for the delivery time.
If you would like a partial delivery of the stored articles, please indicate this with the order.
On request we also offer an express delivery. The costs for this are strongly dependent on size and weight and can not be quantified at all. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
