is made of black multiflag (100 % Polyester, 100 g/m²)
The black ribbon is used for hoisted flags and banners. At banners, the black ribbons should be established at both sides of the pole and at the hoisted flags the black ribbon should be established at the end of the flagpole. (the black ribbon should have a length of 1/3 of the flag)
